John de Ruiter Podcast
Canadian Philosopher John de Ruiter is an innovative voice for spiritual evolution, teaching that life's meaning can be known and lived through "core-splitting honesty." In his teens, John awakened to foundational levels of existence. Ever since, his life and teaching have been informed by that direct knowing, a true inspiration that he encourages in others. John's meetings include silence, connection by eye-contact, and dialogue. They are an opportunity to come to rest while actively realizing deeper levels of being human, knowing what we really are, and allowing that greater reality to change our lives. More information at

Edmonton, Canada Meeting - April 24, 2016 Evening

The questioner is noticing a subtle uncomfortable movement of his sexuality, and is asking if it is best to stay in it as still as a lake. John explains that our conscious self is only the tip of the iceberg. When you deeply open, this allows for your subconscious to come up into your conscious self. It is like a deep lake doing a flip: the deep comes to the surface while the surface goes into the deep. That flip is made possible by you belonging to your heart. This is how you get to know your self. It is the transformation of your self.

Dialogues with John de Ruiter bring you into your heart, and into the depths of your being, where the meaning of life opens up in awareness.
